How to Download Notarized Documents
In the event you didn't download your document right after the session, the processes to download as a Signer and Notary are remarkably similar.
As a signer, you can download completed notarized documents in your My Documents.
First, you will navigate to My Documents
Then, you will need to click the dropdown arrow (or really anywhere on the session bar)

Click the "Signed Documents" where you can download your notarized document

Choose between batch (multiple files in a zipped folder) or singular download

As a notary, you can download completed notarized documents in the Journal Session section.
First, you will navigate to your Journal
Then, you will need to click the dropdown arrow

Click the the "Signed Documents" section to display the completed documents

As a Signer
