How to Add/Remove Notaries for Business/Title Account

Business and Title accounts using their own notaries will need to connect their admin and notary account. This can be done by inviting the notary account through the account admin in Account Settings.

If you are with a Business looking to obtain your your Digital Certificate and Seal to submit to your SOS or complete Exemplar you will need to do so from these individual notary accounts created.

1 Add your Desired Payment Method for each Session

2 Login to your Business Account and Navigate to Settings



How to Add/Remove Notaries to a Business/Title Account

3 Click on "Manage Notaries"





4 Type in your notary's email



*If you need to use the same email for both accounts please see step 5



5 Choose if your notary can send invitations and send "Invite"





6 For details on using the same email for both accounts, please see below:



If you want to use the same email for both accounts, you can enter do so by entering "+notary" before the @ in your email.

ex. "name@gmail.com" --> "name+notary@gmail.com"

This will send to a notary invitation to the same email as your admin email|
